Dues
Dues payments are not required or accepted with your Membership Application. As soon as your online Membership Application is accepted you will receive a Welcome Package and a Prorated Dues Invoice via email from the CAARA Clerk. Dues may be paid online or by check. Cash works, too, but we recommend you do that in person.

Qualifications
- Senior -- Must be 66 or older.
- Youth -- No qualifying Regular or Senior Member in household. Must be under the age of 19 at the end of the dues year (Dec. 31), or under the age of 24 if a full-time student for at least five months of the year.
- Family -- The sponsoring Regular or Senior member's spouse, child, stepchild (whether by blood or adoption), or foster child. Must havethe same principal residence as the sponsoring member for more than half the dues year. Full-time students under the age of 24 are exempted from the household residency requirement. A child must be under the age of 19 at the end of the dues year (Dec. 31), or under the age of 24 if a full-time student for at least five months of the year, or be permanently and totally disabled at any time during the year.
