CAARA is launching an exciting new initiative designed to get our newly licensed HAMs on the air and to encourage unlicensed enthusiasts to join our hobby. To ensure the success of this program, we are forming the "CAARA Elmer Corp," and I am writing to personally ask for your support.

We are looking for experienced operators who are willing to share their knowledge and passion. As an Elmer, you will play a vital role in mentoring newcomers, offering technical guidance, and helping them build the confidence needed to navigate the airwaves. Whether you can offer a few hours a month or provide more consistent guidance, your contribution will be invaluable to the future of our community and will help us strengthen the amateur radio hobby at large.
