Just a reminder that the club will be hosting a Winter Field Day 2026 event at the clubhouse on January 24-25th with a prime time open house event happening between 11AM and 4PM that Saturday.

We will have lunch and beverages available to all participants for a suggested 10 dollar donation to the club.

We will have one HF station and one VHF / UHF station open with a second HF station open contingent on the replacement of our band pass filter sets ( We have gone through two sets since last field day! ) If anyone has a set we can borrow or wishes to donate to the club please let us know we are kinda desperate for replacements!

We will use the Saturday January 10th members meeting to go briefly over the plan and solicit feedback on the operation. This is also our Holiday Party date so when I mean brief I mean brief, because we have some seriously important partying to do at that time.

Even if you don't plan on competing or operating we highly encourage members to drop by and support the effort and make some eyeball QSOs. Feel free to spread the word as the clubhouse will be open to the public during the event on Saturday. This is high profile but low key affair. We are mostly in it for the fun and hope you will participate in that spirit!
